Returns
You can return products that you do not wish to keep, by letter or simple parcel to the following address:

Satisfied or refunded :
You have 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. This period starts from receipt of the product. You can return this product within this period, without having to give any reason or penalties to pay. However, the direct costs of sending and returning the goods are your responsibility, unless there is an error on our part in preparing the order. To qualify for a refund, the product must not have been used and must be returned in its original condition upon delivery. Any item showing signs of use will not be refunded or returned.
